Joe Gransden 16-Piece Big Band is quickly becoming one of the busiest groups on the jazz scene. Joe and his big band have a legion of fans including Smokey Robinson, who shares that “Joe has an innate ability to connect with an audience. His signing and trumpet playing are world-class!”
Joe Gransden has performed worldwide and released 14 CDs under his name. Renowned first for the hard bop approach of his trumpet, Gransden’s signing voice has been compared to that of Chet Baker and Frank Sinatra. He performs regularly at the Blue Note in New York City and other major cities worldwide.
Adrienne Warren, a singer, actress, and dancer is a dynamic triple threat! Warren is perhaps most well known for her Tony Award® winning performance as Tina Turner in Broadway’s Tina; The Tina Turner Musical. She received a Chita Rivera nomination and the Drama Desk, Anyonyo, and Outer Critics Circle Awards for her iconic peformance.
Warren is also a renowned actress for her roles in TriStar Pictures’ “The Woman King” and “Women of the Movement.” Her television and film credits include “Paws & Fury: The Legend of Hank,” “Helpsters,” “Quantico,” “Black Box,” “BlueBloods,” “Orange is the New Black,” and the Netflix feature film, “Rustin.”
