Your Mission: Team:
2–5 Eagles Style: “I go, you go” until all 250 reps are complete.
For Time: 50 Lunges (team total, 25 each leg)
250m run/walk — everyone completes this part together
50 Push-Ups (team total)
250m run/walk — everyone completes this part together
50 Air Squats (team total)
250m run/walk — everyone completes this part together
50 Sit-Ups (team total)
250m run/walk — everyone completes this part together
50 Burpees (team total)
250m run/walk to finish — everyone completes this part together
