Farah Palliant-Richardson brings more than eight years of experience managing grant-funded, state-regulated human services programs to her role as Clinical Navigator. She has led multi-program operations supported by over $2 million in annual funding, ensuring fiscal oversight, compliance, and outcomes.

She has supervised interdisciplinary teams of 40+ staff and implemented performance standards and systems that improved service delivery and increased individuals served by 20–30% while maintaining regulatory readiness.

Farah holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Most recently, she managed the SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program, overseeing outreach, intervention, and care coordination that delivered critical services to hundreds of veterans.
