Cedric Jones is a United States Marine Corps veteran who served two tours of duty in Iraq and has dedicated his post-military career to improving the lives of fellow veterans and underserved communities. He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Sociology from the University of Texas at Dallas, where he developed a strong understanding of social systems, inequality, and evidence-based intervention.
For more than ten years, Cedric worked within the VA healthcare system, providing direct support and advocacy for veterans living with PTSD and other service-connected challenges. His work emphasized trauma-informed care, resource coordination, and empowering individuals to achieve long-term stability and wellness. Currently, Cedric is pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work to further strengthen his impact through clinical and community-based practice.
Cedric is a devoted husband and proud father of three wonderful children. His lived experience, professional expertise, and commitment to service guide his mission to promote healing, resilience, and meaningful support for veterans and families.
