Hundreds of Veterans gathered recently at the Newnan Centre in Newnan, GA for the Veteran Benefits and Resource Expo sponsored by The Warrior Alliance. Veterans received information and resources provided by the VA – including Veterans Health Administration and Veteran Benefits Administration – the Georgia Department of Veteran Service, and other local services.

“This is my first time attending an event like this,” said Robert Sullivan, a Vietnam Veteran from Union City, GA. “I’m here to get whatever benefits I qualify for,” said Sullivan.

The expo provided Veterans and family members with valuable information and resources. Veterans with PACT Act claims received updates, Toxic Exposure Screenings were conducted, as well as those needing healthcare enrollment, and ID cards were all serviced during the event.

“We have a tremendously high turnout today”, says Mark Eister, Vice President of Operations, The Warrior Alliance.  Eister communicates over 400 Veterans were in attendance. “Warrior Alliance enjoys the relationships with all our partners. Without our partners, the VA and the GA Department of Veteran Services providing these valuable services and resources, Veterans would get lost in the sauce.”

“We want Veterans to know there’s help for them and there are resources for them. Warrior Alliance exists for them to get the unmet needs met. Many lives were changed on this day,” said Eister.

The Warrior Alliance’s mission is to improve the quality of life for service members, Veterans, and their families through a total care network of Veteran support organizations.

Warrior Alliance has sponsored over 25 outreach events for the year. The Expo is only the second PACT Act Event sponsored for Veterans in 2025.

The Warrior Alliance assembled its staff and over 70 volunteers to serve our great Warriors.
